As if our societies weren’t becoming anxious enough we now have to deal with a global pandemic. Humans are really adaptable, however, and we can learn better ways to really live in the present and become less anxious in the midst of facing up to our vulnerabilities. Danish philosopher, Søren Kierkegaard and Jesus of Nazareth both speak of a clear antidote to anxiety and for getting some peace in your life.
